1.The blending tank adopts full stainless steel material, especially in contact with the material layer, adopt 316L stainless steel to meet the requirements of GMP pharmaceutical level.
2.The mixing blade is sturdy box type impeller design. The stirring intensity is big, durable, impeller outer ring with scraping plate edge.
3.The mixing motor is equipped with frequency control, so that you can adjust the stirring speed according to the demand of the production process.
4.The stirring pot flip design facilitate feeding and cleaning the pot body inside.
5.The material discharge is on the bottom of the pot with the valve control. With the help of gravity and the good fluidity of the product, the product can discharge automatically, which makes it simple and efficient. The stir can be customized according to customer's product features.
6.The equipment is composed of electrical control cabinet and the main pot.
